ForgeWatch ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains how your information is handled when you use the ForgeWatch iOS application (the "App").

1. Data Collection and Storage

A. Local Storage (SwiftData)

ForgeWatch is designed with a privacy-first approach:

• Your Data Stays on Your Device: All game timers, account trackings, notification schedules, and user preferences created within the App are stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework.
• No Account Required: You do not need to create an account or provide any personal identification (such as your name or email address) to use the App.
• We do not collect, transmit, or store your personal data or timer configurations on external servers.

B. Third-Party Services

The App utilizes a minimal set of third-party infrastructure solely for app functionality:

• Firebase Remote Config (Google LLC):
  • We use Firebase Remote Config to dynamically fetch feature flags, update game timers/parameters, and deliver configuration updates without requiring a full App Store update.
  • Remote Config may process non-identifiable, technical device data (such as app version, OS version, device model, and general region/language settings) solely to serve the correct configuration to your device.
  • Firebase Remote Config does not collect personal data or link this information to your identity.
• Firebase Analytics (Google LLC):
  • ForgeWatch uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you anonymously.

2. Analytics and Usage Data

We use Firebase Analytics (a service provided by Google LLC) to collect anonymous usage data and feature interactions (such as screen views, feature usage counts, and app launch events) to analyze performance and improve the user experience of ForgeWatch.

This data is completely anonymous and does not contain any personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, email address, or device hardware IDs.

3. Data Control and Deletion

• Deleting Your Data: You have full control over your data. Deleting the App from your iOS device will permanently erase all locally stored data created within ForgeWatch.
• Notifications: You can manage or disable push/local notification permissions at any time through your iOS Device Settings (Settings > ForgeWatch > Notifications).
